Do you service my area?

We service the Greater Richmond, Virginia area and surrounding areas such as Henrico, Chesterfield, Short Pump, Glen Allen, etc. If you don’t see your area listed, feel free to contact us.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

How much will it cost?

All of our services are priced differently. Please visit our booking page to select the cleaning service you need and the price will be displayed.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes, we bring all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. We can use your own supplies at your request.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Absolutely! Our add-ons are listed on our booking page under “Extras” on our booking page.

How do I change my address?

Log into your account and update your address in your upcoming booking. Also, you can give us a call and we will update your address for you.

How do I change my credit card?

Log into your account and update your credit card in your upcoming booking. You can also give us a call and we will update your card for you.

How do I book my first appointment?

To book your appointment, please visit our booking page: elitemaidsrva.com/booking-page . You can also give us a call and we can book your appointment over the phone. Please call us at (804) 482-5312.

Pricing & Policies

What if I am not sure which type of cleaning I need?

Standard cleaning: If your home gets cleaned regularly (at least once a month) by either yourself or a professional.
Deep cleaning: If your home has not been cleaned by yourself or a professional within the past 45 days, or if you want to give your home some extra TLC

We also offer extra services that you can choose to fit your cleaning needs!

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Yes, all of our cleaners must pass a full criminal background check before joining the Elite Maids RVA team. They speak English and have proper work authorization. We work hard to make sure that only the best cleaners show up at your home.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Yes, your information is safe with us. We will not share or distribute your personal information.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes, all of our cleaners have a background check performed on them in compliance with Virginia state laws.

What is your refund policy?

If you’re not pleased with the cleaning service, we will come out and re-clean (within a 7-day window). If you still aren’t satisfied,  we will issue a partial refund.
