Our Move-in / Move-out Clean is extremely thorough, designed to prepare a house for a new occupant.  We know homes can gather years of dust and grime left by previous occupants or various tenants. From top to bottom, we’ll clean and sanitize everywhere, and give you a stress-free welcome to your new home or exit from your previous home.

So what does it include? Move IN/OUT is a Deep Cleaning with added extras such as:

• Cleaning inside cabinets and drawers
• Cleaning inside the closets
• Cleaning/detailing baseboards
• Cleaning interior windows and blinds

*Homes/apartments must be empty for service, furnished homes/apartments will be converted to an hourly rate.*

What does this service not include? We charge extra for the following:

• Organizing
• Laundry
• We do NOT paint the interior walls.
